House Rules

Welcome to Pineapple Apartments. We kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.


1. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out until 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Additional fees may apply.


2. Number of Guests

  • Only the number of guests stated in the booking is permitted to stay in the apartment.
  • Additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior written approval.


3. Quiet Hours / Respect for Neighbours

  • Please respect neighbours and other residents at all times.
  • Quiet hours apply especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music, excessive noise, disturbances, parties, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.


4. No Parties / Events

  • Parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
  • Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges.


5. Non-Smoking Policy

  • All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
  • Smoking is only allowed outside the building or on balconies (if available), with doors and windows closed.
  • Any smoke smell or damage caused inside the apartment may result in cleaning fees.


6. Pets

  • Pets of any kind are not allowed.


7. Care of the Apartment

  • Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care.
  • Keep the apartment reasonably clean during your stay.
  • Please ventilate rooms regularly and use heating responsibly.


8. Damage / Missing Items

  • Guests are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Any damage, malfunction, or missing item must be reported immediately.
  • Lost keys may be charged.


9. Visitors

  • Visitors are only allowed with prior permission.
  • Guests remain fully responsible for their visitors.


10. Safety

  • Please lock doors and close windows when leaving the apartment.
  • Do not leave candles, stoves, or electrical devices unattended.
  • Report emergencies immediately.


11. Illegal Activities

  • Any illegal activity, including drug use, prostitution, or criminal conduct, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.


12. Waste / Recycling

  • Please dispose of rubbish properly.
  • Use available recycling bins where provided.


13. Lost Property

  • Pineapple Apartments is not liable for lost or forgotten personal belongings.


14. Violation of House Rules

  • Immediate termination of accommodation
  • Additional cleaning or damage charges
  • Future booking restrictions
